By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products
We sell live feeder insects, breeding kits, and related supplies. Live animals are perishable. Availability can change.

Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If we cancel, you will receive a refund.

Live insects
Live insects are not guaranteed to survive shipping delays caused by weather or the carrier. Contact us at PacificDubia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery if there is a problem.

Returns
See our Refund policy. Live insects, opened food, and used supplies generally cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Limitation of liability
Pacific Dubia is not responsible for how you use, house, or feed these products after delivery.
